Vinay Saxena is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive track record more than 26 years in the field of quality management. He has held several key positions throughout his career, including Head of Quality for Lighting Business Unit at Tyco Electronics and Crompton, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for lighting products. His expertise extends beyond lighting, as he also served as the Corporate Quality Head for FMEG (Fast-Moving Electrical Goods) products at Polycab India. In this role, he oversaw the quality aspects of a wide range of products, including lighting, fans, geysers, appliances, pumps, switches, and Home automation products. Vinay's leadership and deep understanding of quality management principles have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across multiple organizations .
